RCPL events may be photographed and/or recorded. These images/videos are subject to library use for promotional purposes.

Responsibility for the safety and behavior of children in the library rests with the parent or caregiver, not with library personnel. Children under the age of five must be directly supervised by a parent or caregiver at all times.
